The Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care at Assiut University Celebrates the Top New Residents in the First Assessment Exam

As part of the Faculty of Medicine's commitment to raising the academic and professional performance of resident physicians, and under the auspices of Professor Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, University President, and Professor Dr. Alaa Attia, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals, the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care, headed by Professor Dr. Hala Saad Abdel-Ghaffar, Head of the Department, honored the physicians who achieved top ranks in the "First Assessment Exam" for the new cohort of resident physicians (juniors). This recognition was given under the supervision of Professor Dr. Hala Saad Abdel-Ghaffar, Head of the Department, and the department's training coordinators: Dr. Omnia Hussein, a fellow in the department; Dr. Moataz Emad, an assistant lecturer; and Dr. Mahmoud Sayed Farag, a resident physician, in appreciation of their academic excellence and outstanding performance in the exam.

The results showed that Dr. Mai Mohamed Elsayed came in first place, and Dr. Nourin Ahmed came in second place, while Dr. Maram Ahmed, Dr. Ahmed Essam, and Dr. Ahmed Abdel Aziz shared third place.
