Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ahmed El Menshawy, President of Assiut University, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Ahmed Abdel Aleem, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Amr Mohamed Abdel Fattah, Dean of the Molecular Biology Research and Studies Institute, and within the framework of the activities of the Institute of Research and Studies Molecular Biology at Assiut University. "Promoting Awareness: Understanding Treatments Influencing Drug Testing"
This will be on Sunday, February 11, 2024, God willing, and will be lectured by Prof. Dr. Heba Attia Yassi, the Institute’s Deputy for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs.
The symposium will revolve around the basics of defining addiction, the extent of its spread, the types of narcotic substances and the reasons that lead to its occurrence, as well as the effect of treatments on drug test results, and the types of treatments that may lead to a positive test.
