 and members of the Excellence Award team for the administrative body of the faculty. Prof.Samah Mohamed Abdullah, Dean of the Faculty, what the Faculty seeks to do is to provide all means of support for the employees of the administrative apparatus to provide employees with many skills and experiences, raise the spirit of competition, and build good institutional models that apply the concepts of governance and sustainable development and achieve Egypt’s vision 2030, within the framework of qualifying and preparing all employees in departments and employees to participate in the competition In the same context, the Dean of the Faculty indicated that the faculty plays its enlightening and educational role to develop the skills of all its employees by holding training courses and educational seminars that provide an opportunity to gain experience, exchange visions and ideas, and keep abreast of all that is new and what is happening in terms of developments that bring the faculty to a high position of excellence, through Targeting all departments of the faculty with its various specializations and functions within the administrative apparatus. Prof. Samah Muhammad Abdullah, Dean of the Faculty, confirmed that the aim of the subscription is to raise the level of services provided by the administrative apparatus of the faculty by developing and optimizing its human resources in support of institutional competitiveness and customer satisfaction. University employees, by working to spread the culture of quality and excellence among the members of the administrative staff, as well as encouraging the creativity spirit of the staff to provide their best to keep pace with development and reach sustainable development compatible with the labor market
