Applications for deferred exams, exemptions, and absence

Measures undertaken in case of the student’s absence during an exam:

• The student must file in a logical request for excuse at The Commission of Students and Educational Affairs upon the acceptance of The Faculty Council to be considered legitimate. This step is crucial as it reserves the student his/her place for exam reset during summer school in order to preserve the grade of the excused subject.
• If the exam absence has occurred without an excuse or with a filed in excuse that has been declined by The Commission of Students and Educational Affairs and denied by the Faculty Council, the student is considered to have failed in the exam and receives a reset appointment during summer school with a minimum fair grade for the deprived subject due to his/her absence.
