Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is a form of interventional cardiology procedure that includes expanding a balloon in a stenotic or blocked artery.
Aim:
To assess effect of a portable computer-based educational intervention video on the outcomes of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention.
Setting:
Al Orman Assiut University Hospital's cardiac catheterization unit.
Design:
A quasi-experimental was used.
Sample:
60 patients who were admitted for the first time for percutaneous coronary intervention. Data was collected using two tools: tool I: patient assessment sheet tool II patient outcome assessment sheet.
Results:
