Today I witnessed the activities of the training program to introduce the ISO principles (evaluation and submission mechanisms)
At the outset of the training program, Prof. Samah Mohamed Abdallah, Dean of the Faculty, indicated what the faculty seeks to do in providing all means of support for workers in the administrative device to provide workers with many skills and experiences, raise the spirit of competition and build good institutional models that apply the concepts of governance and sustainable development and achieve Egypt’s vision 2030 in A framework for qualifying and preparing all employees in departments and employees to participate in the faculty rehabilitation project for ISO.
In the same context, the Dean of the Faculty indicated that the faculty plays its enlightening and educational role to develop the skills of all its employees by holding training courses and educational seminars that provide an opportunity to gain experience, exchange visions and ideas, and keep abreast of all that is new and what is happening in terms of developments that bring the faculty to a high position of excellence, through Targeting all faculty departments with their various specializations and functions within the administrative apparatus.
 Prof. Samah Mohamed Abdallah Dean of the Faculty, confirmed that the goal of applying for the project and obtaining the ISO certification is to raise the level of services provided by the administrative apparatus of the faculty by developing and optimally utilizing its human resources in support of institutional competitiveness and to satisfy the customers and employees of the university, by By working to spread the culture of quality and excellence among the members of the administrative staff, as well as encouraging the spirit of creativity among employees to provide their best to keep pace with development and reach sustainable development compatible with the labor market
