Under the auspices of Prof. Ahmed Mohamed El Menshawy, President of the University, Prof. Ahmed Abdel Mawla, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Samah Mohamed Abdullah, Dean of the College, Prof. Fatima Rushdi Mohamed, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and in the presence of Prof. Hikmat Ibrahim Abd al-Karim, Coordinator of Student Activities, Prof. Nehme Muhammad al-Maghrabi, Advisor of the Social Committee, supervised by Ms. Iman Ghadeer Mustafa, Director of the Youth Welfare Department, and Mrs. Amna al-Sayyid Abd al-Rahim Muhammad, supervisor of social activity, and student / Muhammad Muhammad Aboud, Secretary of the Social Committee.

Today, Tuesday, May 9, 2023 AD, at exactly twelve o’clock in the morning, the activities of the national program to confront rumors and their impact on national security took place under the slogan (Stand up with us), with the participation of forty male and female students from the Faculty of Nursing - Assiut University.

Prof. Samah Mohamed Abdullah, Dean of the College, and Mr. Alaa Gad Mohamed, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Assiut, inaugurated the activities of the program.

The training was conducted by Mr. Majed Berti Nassif, one of the trainers of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and a member of the unit they fought with us.

This came according to the directives of Prof. Ashraf Sobhy, Minister of Youth and Sports, and Ms. Eman Abdel Jaber, Undersecretary of the Ministry - Head of the Central Administration for Civil Education, and Ms. Randa Al-Bitar, Director General of the Vanguards and Youth Parliament, and under the auspices of His Excellency Major General / Essam Saad, Governor of Assiut, and under the supervision of Mr. Ahmed Mohamed Qutb. Director General of Parliament and Civil Education. This comes within the framework of the directives of the political leadership to confront the successive challenges and threats facing the Egyptian state, especially the fourth generation wars, and to activate the role of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in investing youth energies and qualifying them to face all challenges.
