a training course entitled “Total Quality Management in Higher Education Institutions,” Wednesday, May 1, under the supervision of Dr. Ibrahim Mohamed Ismail, Director of the Quality Assurance and Qualifications Center for Accreditation, and Dr. Amani Al-Sharif, Deputy Director. The center, with the participation of a group of elite faculty members, their assistants, and employees of the university and university hospitals, and organized by Mr. Jamal al-Din Abdel Hafeez, the administrative director of the center, during which Dr. Fatima Rushdi Muhammad, the dean of the College of Nursing for education and student affairs, lectured, within the framework of the university’s interest in spreading awareness of comprehensive quality standards. The training course covered a number of topics, the most important of which are: defining total quality management in higher education institutions, university professor competencies from a comprehensive quality perspective, diversity and disparity between colleges, administrative leadership in the college, quality of content (study material), quality of faculty, students, and activities. , and teaching methods.
