
The Faculty announces that the collection and submission of graduation files for the Class of 2025 Bachelor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) graduates will commence on Monday, July 27, 2026, according to the following procedures:
Graduates must report to the Graduate Affairs Office at the Faculty to obtain a Clearance Form from:
The Financial and Administrative Affairs Department at the General Administration of Youth Welfare.
Academic departments, the University Residence (Dormitory), the Sports Office, and any other university units from which the graduate has outstanding responsibilities or borrowed items.
After obtaining clearance from all relevant entities, graduates should return to the Graduate Affairs Office to complete the following procedures:
Submit the Student Portfolio (Student Achievement File) to the Student Affairs Office if it had previously been received.
Complete the application for issuing graduation certificates in person. If the graduate is unable to attend, an officially notarized power of attorney must be presented, along with copies of the national ID cards of both the graduate and the authorized representative.
Bring the graduate's Visa card, as all required fees must be paid using this card.
Pay a total fee of EGP 10,328 (Ten Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Eight Egyptian Pounds), covering:
Three (3) Graduation Certificates.
Three (3) Mandatory Internship (Internship/House Officer Training) Completion Certificates.
Certificate packaging fees.
Fees are to be paid at the Faculty Treasury.
Submit the payment receipts together with:
Two (2) copies of the birth certificate (copied from the original already included in the graduate's file and provided by the Graduate Affairs Office; no other birth certificate copies will be accepted).
Two (2) copies of the graduate's National ID card.
Sixteen (16) recent personal photographs (4 × 6 cm).
Complete the required questionnaires, including:
Graduate Tracking Survey.
Graduate Satisfaction Survey regarding the services provided.
Any other required surveys.
