- The original 2026 General Secondary Certificate + one photocopy.
- Computerized birth certificate (for male students, it must include the triple military service number).
- A copy of the student’s national ID card.
- Ten (10) personal photographs of the student, with the student’s name and national ID number written on them.
- Form No. (2 Jund) from the student’s recruitment district (for male students only).
- Nomination card from the Coordination Office or obtained online.
- An envelope and folder from the Student Affairs Administration.
- College admission application form No. (555) from the Student Affairs Administration.
- Military service card for male students: Form (2 Jund) or Form (7 Jund) for those born in 2008 or earlier.
Notes:
• Documents will be accepted at the Faculty’s Education and Student Affairs Administration after completion of the electronic transfer process, along with a declaration from the applicant acknowledging that admission will not be granted if their name does not appear on the official lists.
• Students wishing to enroll in the university dormitories should go directly to the University Dormitories Administration.
