Effects of water resistance training program on Special physical fitness for Rescue Egyptian Scuba Divers

ABSTRACT:
BACKGROUNDː the aim of the study was to assess the effects of the water resistance training program using tools such as Push Plate Chest Press, Jump Squats w/ Push Plate, Kettlebell Swing, Clutch Paddles Biceps Curl, Push Plate Rotations, Washboard Kicks. Buoyancy Belt, Barbells, and, ABC tools (Mask, Snorkel, Fins). on some of physical fitness for the Recreational and Officer Egyptian diver's Fitness and health. METHODE: The data was collected from randomly selected (40 Male) Recreational and Officer Divers in Egypt 2017. physical fitness battery Administration (PFTB) such as Vertical Jump, One Minute Sit-Ups, Maximum Push-Ups, 300-Meter Run, 1.5-Mile Run/Walk. RESULTSː the relative changes were calculated for each subject, an individual mean between rescue Recreational and officer scuba divers in PFTB, it's a significant different in (PFTB) after (RT) for officer rescue diver than a recreational rescue divers in (VJ) with percent rate 4.7% and T-test 4.2*,in (OMSU) with 5.1% and T-test 6.8* ,in (MPU)5.5% and T-test 7.78*,in (300 MR) with 5.5% and T-test 2.13*, and in(1.5MR/W) with 5.5%, and T-test 2.2*.CONCLUSIONS: The Special fitness parameters observed after water resistance workouts better for all rescue divers but observed in officer divers than recreational divers, after using the variety of training method on the surface, submerged ,and under water exercises . These results became more significant, indicating the positive effect of training program. can improve a total body power capacity to do a many task of working in water such as rescue or to enhancing a total body fitness, that required not for rescue diver but for all sports type.
