ملخص:

تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في  تحديد متطلبات نشر ثقافة السلام الاجتماعي للشباب الجامعي , وتهدف هذه الدراسة الي تحديد المتطلبات الإدارية , والتنظيمية , المادية , الفنية ,و تحديد معوقات  نشر ثقافة السلام الاجتماعي لدي الشباب الجامعي , والتوصل لتصور مقترح يمكن من خلاله العمل علي نشر ثقافة السلام الاجتماعي لدي الشباب الجامعي.

وتعتبر الدراسة الحالية من الدراسات الوصفية والتي اعتمدت علي منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة ( حيث طبقت هذه الدراسة علي عينة من طلاب كلية العلوم , وكلية الحقوق بجامعة أسيوط من المقيدين بالفرقة الرابعة ) حيث بلغت العينة (346) طالب و عينة عمدية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أسيوط وعددهم (10)

اهم نتائج الدراسة:

• اوضحت نتائج الدراسة ان المتطلبات الادارية لنشر ثقافة السلام الاجتماعي للشباب الجامعي تمثلت في اعداد دورات تحفز على نشر ثقافة السلام الاجتماعى مع اعداد اعضاءهيئة التدريس لنشر ثقافة السلام الاجتماعي.
•  اوضحت نتائج الدراسة ان المتطلبات التنظيمية لنشر ثقافة السلام الاجتماعي للشباب الجامعي تمثلت في العمل على اعداد حملات توعيه باهميه ثقافة السلام الاجتماعى ,عقد ندوات ودعم ادوار الاسر الطلابية لنشر ثقافة السلام الاجتماعي للشباب الجامعي.
• اوضحت نتائج الدراسة ان المتطلبات المادية لنشر ثقافة السلام الاجتماعي للشباب الجامعي تمثلت في توفير دعم مالى للجامعه لنشر ثقافة السلام الاجتماعى, توفير الدعم المالي لاقامة الندوات للتوعية باهمية نشر ثقافة السلام الاجتماعي للشباب الجامعي.
• اوضحت نتائج الدراسة ان المتطلبات الفنية لنشر ثقافة السلام الاجتماعي للشباب الجامعي تمثلت في اصدار نشرات ومطبوعات تحث علي السلام الاجتماعي, اعداد كتيبات تضم بيانات وحقائق عن حقوق وواجبات الشباب الجامعي ,دعوة الخبراء للقاءات لنشر ثقافة السلام الاجتماعي للشباب الجامعي.
• توصلت الدراسة الي مجموعة من المعوقات الادارية والتنظيمية والمادية والفنية من وجهة نظر الشباب الجامعي واعضاء هيئة التدريس تحول دون نشر ثقافة السلام الاجتماعي للشباب الجامعي .

• Summary

  The problem of the study is to define the requirements for disseminating a culture of social peace for university youth, and this study aims to define the administrative, organizational, material, and technical requirements, and to identify obstacles to spreading a culture of social peace among university youth, and to come up with a proposed conception through which work to spread the culture of social peace I have a young college student.

  The current study is considered one of the descriptive studies, which was based on the method of social survey in the sample (as this study was applied to a sample of students of the Faculty of Science, and the Faculty of Law at Assiut University enrolled in the fourth division), as the sample amounted to (346) students and an intentional sample of faculty members at Assiut University And their number (10)

  The most important results of the study:

  - The results of the study indicated that the administrative requirements for spreading a culture of social peace for university youth consisted in preparing courses that stimulate the spread of a culture of social peace while preparing faculty members to spread the culture of social peace.

  - The results of the study indicated that the organizational requirements for spreading a culture of social peace for university youth consisted in preparing awareness campaigns of the importance of a culture of social peace, holding seminars and supporting the roles of student families to spread a culture of social peace for university youth.

  - The results of the study indicated that the material requirements for spreading a culture of social peace for university youth were to provide financial support for the university to spread a culture of social peace, and to provide financial support for holding seminars to raise awareness of the importance of spreading a culture of social peace for university youth.

  - The results of the study indicated that the technical requirements for disseminating a culture of social peace for university youth were to issue pamphlets and publications urging social peace, to prepare brochures containing data and facts about the rights and duties of university youth, and to invite experts to meetings to spread the culture of social peace for university youth.

  The study found a set of administrative, organizational, material and technical obstacles from the point of view of university youth and faculty members that prevent spreading a culture of social peace for university youth.
