Governor of Assiut inspects the ongoing development work in the Zahra and Salam tunnels in The West Neighborhood and follows up on implementation rates

Major General Essam Saad inspected the governor of Assiut, the development work being carried out in The West Neighborhood as part of his ongoing field tours to follow up on the implementation of the provincial plan to develop and beautify the streets and squares and restore the civilized appearance of the province in accordance with the directives of the state led by President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi of the Republic to improve the level of services provided to citizens and develop and beautify streets and roads in order to achieve the sustainable development plan and implement egypt's vision 2030.

... He was accompanied by Mohammed Bashir, head of the district west of Assiut, and Dr. Wajda Rifaat Nakhla, dean of the Faculty of Quality Education at Assiut University.

The governor began his tour by inspecting the construction of a fence adjacent to the railway strip in the Zahra tunnel area in preparation for the completion of the installation of interlock tiles and the work of murals in a beautiful way and paint the walls of the tunnel.

The Governor of Assiut also continued the work of developing the peace tunnel adjacent to the university to check the implementation rates and quality of the works in accordance with the prescribed specifications and in accordance with the possibilities available, including the installation of tiles for the walls of the tunnel and paint the pavements and towns to be aesthetically pointing out the need to coordinate between all concerned authorities such as traffic, neighborhoods and others to overcome the obstacles that may face the implementation of these works and completion as soon as possible, stressing the continuous and periodic follow-up of these works and emphasizing implementation in accordance with technical specifications and conditions in all technical conditions. A stage of implementation and observance of the necessary standards to achieve the highest safety and safety rates for citizens.
