Regarding the aptitude tests that qualify for admission to some colleges and for which it is required to pass these tests for students of the General Secondary School Certificate for this year 2022

In light of the timetable of the work of the Office for the Coordination of Admission to Universities and Institutes for this year 2022, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is pleased to announce that the Coordination Office will start its work after the end of the Egyptian high school exams by organizing aptitude tests for its students wishing to enroll in colleges where admission is required to pass qualifying aptitude tests in accordance with the conditions and rules issued by the Supreme Council of Universities.

In order to facilitate our students and within the framework of the e-government system, and the digital transformation we are witnessing in all fields and services provided by the state in all its organs, the Ministry of Higher Education has provided the opportunity for our students to register their wishes to perform the ability tests electronically through the electronic coordination website on the international information network "Internet" during the period from Monday 25/7/2022 until Saturday 6/8/2022.

The colleges where admission is required to pass the aptitude tests are:

1. Faculties of Media.

2. Faculties of Fine Arts (Arts – Architecture).

3. Colleges of Applied Arts at the universities of (Helwan - Damietta - Banha - Beni Suef).

4. Faculty of Music Education in Zamalek, Helwan University.

5. Faculty of Art Education in Zamalek, Helwan University.

6. Faculty of Art Education, Minya University.

7. My Divisions of Art Education in my Faculty (Education in Ismailia, Suez Canal University, and Faculty of Education in Suez, Suez University).

8. The two divisions of education (art education and music education) in the faculties of qualitative education and the division of educational theater in the Faculty of Specific Education, Mansoura University and its branches (Mitt Ghamr - Monia Al-Nasr).

9. Faculties of Physical Education.

10. Faculty of Education in Ismailia (Division of Music Education) Suez Canal University.

11. Faculties of Nursing and Technical Institutes of Nursing.

12. Faculties of Technology and Industrial Education at the universities of Helwan - Suez - Beni Suef - Sohag.

13. Faculties affiliated to the Technological Universities of (New Cairo Technological University, Delta Technological University, Beni Suef Technological University, 6th of October Technological University, Borg El Arab Technological University, East Port Said Technological University, Taibah Technological University, New Assiut Technological University, Samnoud Technological University, Misr International Technological University (including Cairo Technological College, Fayoum Technological College "Damo") and Egyptian-German Technological College in Assiut).

• Appointments and the selection of colleges and places to perform the aptitude tests that qualify for them will be recorded through the electronic coordination service on the Internet at the following website: www.tansik.egypt.gov.eg

 

● Steps to register for aptitude tests through the online coordination website:

• The student enters the electronic coordination site described above and then enters the registration page of the aptitude tests on this site.

• The student starts the registration process to perform the aptitude tests using the national number and the student's seating number.

• The student shows his personal data, which includes (seating number - student name - national number - governorate - educational administration affiliated to the student - school - the division studied by the student "scientific, engineering - literary"), and the student must ensure the correctness of the data recorded on the student's electronic coordination website.

• A list of the types of aptitude tests available to the student, colleges, places allocated for the performance of these tests as well as the dates set for the student are shown to the student.

• The student chooses the type of abilities and the date will be determined by which he will go to the college knowing that the capabilities of the faculties of physical education last for three consecutive days.

• After the student finishes the registration process, the student prints a receipt that includes the types of abilities he expressed interest in performing, the dates and places of performance of these tests in the colleges that the student has registered on the coordination website.

• The colleges concerned are obliged to hold aptitude exams on the specified dates.

• The colleges are also obliged to send and enter the results of the exams directly through the page dedicated to the college on the website of the electronic coordination for all decent students who are applicants for these tests after confirming the correctness of the seating number and the name of the student so that errors do not occur in the results.

• The electronic coordination program is provided with the names and data of students who have passed these tests to be nominated based on them and the colleges are fully responsible for these results within the period of time allocated for this as no other results will be counted after the closure of the electronic coordination site to register suitable students in these tests.

• Examinations are held on the scheduled dates once for each type of such abilities and the student who fails them is not allowed to take aptitude tests again, whether at the same college or at another college, and no paper statement granted by the colleges will be counted on the result of the aptitude tests in order to ensure transparency with our students.

☆ Required documents when performing tests in college: -

1) - The student's seating number in high school and a copy thereof for each of the aptitude tests he wishes to perform.

2) - A number of (1) personal photos for each of the tests, except for the tests of physical education abilities, which require (2) personal photos for those wishing to perform these tests.

☆ Important Note:

This stage is limited to Egyptian high school students only, and the dates of conducting aptitude tests for students with equivalent certificates (Arab-foreign), diploma of industrial technical institutes and industrial technical schools system (5, 3) years will be announced later in light of the conditions and rules of admission after the results of these students appear.
