Achieving the public interest, seeking the student's comfort, rehabilitating and supporting him in all ways that achieve his personality in a way that enables him to think maturely and ensure the right to express an opinion in a manner that does not contradict with literary rules and without prejudice to the legitimacy of expression and the conduct of the educational process, highlighting societal values, facilitating all scientific aspects and student activities within the framework of university traditions and values, and maximizing and strengthening the triangle of communication between the administration, the student and the faculty member.
