      • Material preparation and examination by light microscope, fluorescence microscope, transmission and scanning electron microscopes.
      • Material preparation and examination by Immuno-histochemical techniques (antigen- antibody techniques).
      • Using Lectin - histochemical techniques for localization of sugar residues in the tissues.
      • Using enzyme histochemical methods for localization of enzymes within the cellular components.
      • Using the cast formation in studying the micro-vasculature.
      • Image analysis of light and electron microscopic results using programs of image analysis system.
