Research Abstract
The present study established the normal constituents of C.S.F. collected either from the atlanto-occipital or lumbo-sacral spaces and comparing them with the same constituents of blood serum in healthy rams. The obtained results revealed that the site of C.S.F. puncture insignificantly influences either the physical or chemical constituents of C.S.F. Also the C.S.F. was relatively similar to blood serum, with regards to pH and chiorides levels, on the contrary are significantly higher in serum than C.S.F.
