Please be grateful if the faculty and departments process them on the inadmissibility of international conferences on the college without getting political approval prior set Olhaa in the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (220) for the year 1986 and that the fulfillment of the information memorandum, together with the approval of the College Board to hold the international conference and prepare an estimated budget for the conference and send to us before the date of the conference well in advance so as to get the approval of Prof. Minister of Higher Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to hold such conferences.
