Recently, some interior parts of Egypt saw torrential heavy rainfall and even snow for the first time in nearly half a century. In January 2010, there were colder weather conditions than usual during the day and very cold at night all over the country coupled with low-and middle clouds and thunderstorm and wind mostly north-westerly moderate to brisk exciting of sand and dust and consists of frost on the plants in the Sinai and Upper Egypt. Some snowy storm blew upon some unusual spots even in southern Egypt leaving wide areas destroyed.
There are a lot of problems that Egypt might face consequentially for climate change. Solutions, implementing mitigation and adaptation policies should be taken for the people at risk in Nile Delta. Architects, Planner, and scientists from different specialties have put their effort together and planned a new City to be a part of alternative solution for Egypt.

هناك الكثير من المشاكل التي قد تواجهها مصر نتيجة لتغير المناخ. يجب اتخاذ الحلول وتنفيذ سياسات التخفيف والتكيف للأشخاص المعرضين للخطر في دلتا النيل. لقد وضع المهندسون المعماريون والمخططون والعلماء من مختلف التخصصات جهودهم معًا وخططوا لمدينة جديدة لتكون جزءًا من الحل البديل لمصر.
