Egyptian Universities Promotion Committees sent a letter to the dean of the faculty informing him with the conditions and requirements for promotion of academic staff members after one year or more of committe recommendation. The  applicant’s  whole  body  of  work  does not achieve the required percentage  of activity so he did not get the committe recommendation.
