Egyptian Universities Promotion Committees sent a letter to the dean of the faculty informing him with the conditions and requirements for promotion of academic staff members after one year or more of committe recommendation. The  applicant’s  whole  body  of  work  does not achieve the required percentage  of activity so he did not get the committe recommendation.

The faculty of engineering held a lecture under the supervision of the dean of the faculty professor Muhammad Abo El-kasem to show the role of the faculty  in community services that includes giving engineering consultations in all fields, holding training courses for the engineers and the technicians and public symposiums and lectures.
