The practical exam for the Medicinal Plants course for Pharm D summer semester students will be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at 10:00 AM, each in their laboratory.

The practical exam for the Pharmacognosy-2 course for National University summer semester students will be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at 12:00 PM in the fourth-floor laboratories.

The practical exam for the National -2 course for National University summer semester students will be held on Sunday, August 10, 2025, at 12:00 PM each in his laboratory.

The department announces the date of the (first) year mid-term exam in the Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry 2 course in parts by Prof. Dr. Mustafa Ahmed Hussein and Prof. Dr. Samia Jalal Ahmed, on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at 12 noon.

Please adhere to the specified time, as the exam will not be repeated.

In Hall (2) below the lecture halls

1. Original General Secondary Certificate 2025 + one photocopy.
2. Computerized Birth Certificate (for male students, it must include the triple number).
3. Copy of the National ID card.
4. Ten (10) recent personal photos of the student with his name and national ID number written on the back.
5. Form (2) Military Service from the recruitment area to which the student belongs (males only).
6. Nomination Card from the Coordination Office or printed from the internet.
7. Paper envelope from the Student Affairs Administration.
8. Faculty Enrollment Application Form No. (555) from the Student Affairs Administration.
9. Form (6) Military Service or (7) Military Service for those born in 2007 or earlier.

• Documents will be accepted at the Faculty Student Affairs Office after completing the electronic transfer process, along with a signed declaration from the applicant stating that their application will be considered void if their name is not included in the official lists.
• Students wishing to apply for university housing should go directly to the University Dormitories Administration.
