Assiut University ranked the first in educational process efficiency among Egyptian governmental universities according to the British ranking "THE IMPACT 2024".

His Excellency Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, extends congratulations to all university faculty members for their Outstanding performance in operating, managing, and developing the educational process at the university.
He emphasized that Assiut University secured the first place among Egyptian governmental universities and ranked 201-300 globally out of more than 1680 universities worldwide and 38 Egyptian universities categorized this year in the field of educational quality.
Dr. Ahmed Abdel Mawla, University Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, added that the British ranking "THE impact" classifies educational institutions based on their impact on various sustainable development goals. He noted that educational quality is the fourth SDG and is measured by several key indicators, including:
•    University research published internationally on basic and continuing education.
•    Percentage of graduates qualified to work in the teaching field.
•    University's interest in forming local and international partnerships in education, as well as providing educational facilities to the local community.
Dr. Amr Abu Fadan, Deputy Director of the International Academic Ranking Office, clarified that the university continues to advance in the field of educational quality, moving up 200 places globally compared to the previous year. He attributed this progress to the collaboration of the university's various faculties and institutes in creating beneficial educational programs for the surrounding community and generating job opportunities.
Dr. Omina Abdel Kader, responsible for the education file at the ranking office, affirmed that this advancement is the result of the university administration's dedication to all matters related to education within the campus and the surrounding community.
