In the light of the events of the sixth scientific conference for faculty of education, entitled " Teacher Formation System – Challenges and Development Policies" and held in Luxor, Prof. Dr. Moheb Al-Rafaee, former minister of education, has presented a proposed view for developing Egyptian educational system in the major session of the conference on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at 10:00 AM .
