The 11 members of the administration attended the college.Mr. Hamdi Mohammed Al-Bitar, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at the College, welcomed the attendees. He also stressed the importance of the meeting especially in the coming period as the college prepares for the new fiscal year 2018/2019. Then he explained that there are systems and policies that must be known to all employees. The supervisor of the finance department at the college, Shurooq Mohamed Hamed explained that it is necessary to know about the Law No. 89 of 1998 concerning tenders and auctions (the articles of the issue - the articles of law) and the most important features of the law, the basic methods of buying and contracting General cut it - a general practice, the methods of special purchase and contracting, tender local tender practice Limited Limited - direct agreement, it has also explained the definition of basic and special ways of purchasing and contracting.Mr. Mourad Abdel Aal Sulaiman, CPA, explained the general conditions for the execution of contracts, the steps of implementing supply contracts, and the steps of executing business contracts.The most important recommendations were:- The need to abide by the text of the Tender Law and Auctions No. 89 of 1998 of the Executive Regulations of the Law.- The need to comply with the implementation of supply contracts.- The need to adhere to the methods and procedures of sale and lease.- The need to take into account the steps to implement contracts for business contracting
