على هامش فاعليات ورشة العمل التي نظمتها المستشفى الرئيسي بجامعة أسيوط حول التعريف بأهمية الوثائق الورقية وطرق الحفاظ عليها والاستغناء عنها للعمل بالأرشفة الإلكترونية والتحول الرقمي تحت رعاية الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي رئيس جامعة أسيوط، والدكتور علاء عطيه عميد كلية الطب ورئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفيات الجامعية، والدكتور إيهاب فوزي المدير التنفيذي للمستشفيات الجامعية، والدكتور خالد عبد العزيز، مدير المستشفى الجامعي الرئيسي، وبتنظيم من الأستاذة ناهد إبراهيم البدري مقرر الورشة وأمين سر اللجنة.
كرم الدكتور إيهاب فوزي ممثلي دار الوثائق القومية بحضور الدكتور خالد عبد العزيز، والأستاذة ناهد إبراهيم البدري.
وخلال التكريم أشاد الدكتور إيهاب فوزي بجهود دار الوثائق القومية في حفظ الوثائق، ورقمنة الأرشيف الخاص بمستشفيات جامعة أسيوط تماشيا مع سياسة رقمنة الأرشيف الوطني للدولة.
هذا وقد تم تكريم كل من الدكتور أسامة طلعت رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة لدار الكتب والوثائق القومية والدكتورة رشدية ربيع رئيس دار الوثائق القومية، والأستاذ خالد محمود عبد العظيم مدير عام الادارة العامة لجمع وحفظ الوثائق، والأستاذ علاء عامر علي عامر كبير باحثين ومدير إدارة جمع الوثائق القومية.
At the conclusion of the workshop on the importance of paper documents and methods of preserving them Assiut University Hospitals honors representatives of the National Archives for their efforts On the sidelines of the activities of the workshop organized by the main hospital of Assiut University on the importance of paper documents and methods of preserving them and dispensing with them to work with electronic archiving and digital transformation under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed Al-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, Dr. Alaa Attia, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals, and Dr. Ehab Fawzy, Executive Director of University Hospitals, and Dr. Khaled Abdel Aziz, Director of the Main University Hospital, and organized by Professor Nahid Ibrahim Al-Badri, the workshop rapporteur and secretary of the committee.
Dr. Ehab Fawzy honored the representatives of the National Archives in the presence of Dr. Khaled Abdel Aziz and Professor Nahid Ibrahim Al-Badri.
During the honoring, Dr. Ehab Fawzy praised the efforts of the National Archives in preserving documents and digitizing the archive of Assiut University Hospitals in line with the policy of digitizing the national archive of the state.
Dr. Osama Talat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Books and National Documents, Dr. Rashdia Rabie, Head of the National Archives, Mr. Khaled Mahmoud Abdel-Azeem, Director General of the General Administration for Collecting and Preserving Documents, and Mr. Alaa Amer Ali Amer, Senior Researcher and Director of the Department of Collecting National Documents, were honored.
