مستشفيات جامعة أسيوط تفتتح العيادة التخصصية لمرضى الفقاع الجلدي المناعي بقسم الأمراض الجلدية بالمستشفى الجامعي الرئيسي

ضمن رؤية مستشفيات جامعة أسيوط لتطوير منظومتها الصحية من خلال إضافة خدمات طبية وعلاجية متميزة لخدمة كافة مرضى الصعيد، شهد المستشفى الرئيسي العيادة التخصصية لمرضى الفقاع الجلدي، تحت رعاية الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي رئيس الجامعة، والأستاذ الدكتور علاء عطية عميد كلية الطب ورئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفيات الجامعية، والأستاذ الدكتور خالد عبد العزيز مدير المستشفى الجامعي الرئيسي، والأستاذ الدكتور إيمان رياض رئيس قسم الأمراض الجلدية، والأستاذ الدكتور سارة عوض المشرف على العيادة.
ويعد مرض الفقاع الجلدي المناعي من الأمراض الخطيرة التي قد تسبب الوفاة، وهو يمثل مجموعة من أمراض المناعة الذاتية التي تهاجم خلايا الجلد، والأغشية المخاطية، وتتسبب في حدوث فقاعات، وتقرحات مؤلمة بالجلد، والفم، والأغشية المخاطية، ومن هنا جاء الاهتمام بتخصيص عيادة لمعالجة من يعانون من هذا المرض.
وعلى هامش الافتتاح نظم قسم الأمراض الجلدية يوم علمي حول المرض للتعريف بطرق التشخيص السليم لهذه الأمراض والتعامل معها وعلاجها تبعا لآخر تحديث من المبادئ التوجيهية العلاجية الأوروبية والأمريكية، وكيفية التعامل السليم مع المضاعفات الناتجة عن المرض أو عن الأدوية المستخدمة فى العلاج، مع عرض لبعض الحالات الإكلينيكية التي تم متابعتها من خلال عيادات الأمراض الجلديةو استجابتها الملحوظ للعلاج على مدى الشهور السابقة تحت إشراف فريق طبى من أعضاء هيئة التدريس و المدرسين المساعدين و الأطباء المقيمين بالقسم.
وشمل اليوم عده محاضرات منها،
محاضرة للأستاذ الدكتور إيمان رياض رئيس القسم عن التعريف بأمراض الفقاع الجلدي المناعي و أنواعه المختلفة، ومحاضرة للأستاذ الدكتور سارة عوض المشرف على العيادة عن أحدث وسائل التشخيص والعلاج لمرض الفقاع الجلدي المناعي الشائع، ومحاضرة للدكتورة مروة مكاوي عن تشخيص وعلاج شبيه الفقاع الجلدي المناعي، ومحاضرة للدكتورة آية بدران عن الآثار الجانبية للعلاجات المستخدمة وكيفية تجنبها والتعامل معها.
جدير بالذكر، أن العيادة ستستقبل المرضى يوم الثلاثاء من كل أسبوع.
Assiut University Hospitals opens the specialized clinic for patients with autoimmune pemphigus in the Dermatology Department of the main university hospital
Within the vision of Assiut University Hospitals to develop its health system by adding distinguished medical and therapeutic services to serve all patients in Upper Egypt, the main hospital witnessed the specialized clinic for patients with pemphigoid pemphigoid, under the patronage of Professor Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of the University, and Professor Dr. Alaa Attia, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals. Professor Dr. Khaled Abdel Aziz, Director of the Main University Hospital, Professor Dr. Iman Riad, Head of the Dermatology Department, and Professor Dr. Sarah Awad, Supervisor of the Clinic.
Autoimmune pemphigus is a serious disease that may cause death. It represents a group of autoimmune diseases that attack skin cells and mucous membranes, causing blisters and painful ulcers in the skin, mouth, and mucous membranes. Hence the interest in devoting a clinic to treat pemphigus, They suffer from this disease.
On the sidelines of the opening, the Dermatology Department organized a scientific day about the disease to introduce the methods of proper diagnosis, dealing with and treatment of these diseases in accordance with the latest update of European and American therapeutic guidelines, and how to properly deal with complications resulting from the disease or from the medications used in treatment, with a presentation of some clinical cases. Which was followed up through dermatology clinics and its remarkable response to treatment over the previous months under the supervision of a medical team of faculty members, assistant teachers, and resident doctors in the department.
The day included several lectures, including:
A lecture by Professor Dr. Iman Riyad, Head of the Department, on introducing the diseases of autoimmune pemphigoid and its various types, and a lecture by Professor Dr. Sarah Awad, supervisor of the clinic, on the latest methods of diagnosis and treatment of the common autoimmune pemphigoid disease, and a lecture by Dr. Marwa Makkawi on the diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune pemphigoid, and a lecture by Dr. Aya Badran about the side effects of the treatments used and how to avoid and deal with them.
It is worth noting that the clinic will receive patients on Tuesday of every week.
