Otorhinolartngology department consist of
Otorhinolaryngology ward: Which found in the 5th floor of the main building and consist. It has two treatments rooms one of them equipped with HD camera and full set of examination scopes.

OPD clinics: Fully equipped out patient clinics in the 2nd floor of OPD building.
Operative theaters: Consist of 5 fully equipped operating rooms beside recovery room and 3 staff rooms beside changing room.
Audiology and vestibular medicine clinics: Found in OPD building. It contain 3 audiometer rooms beside 1 vestibular assessment unit and 1 ABR unit.
Phoniatrics and language: Found in the second floor of OPD department building. Contained 1 unite of flexible endoscopy and different assessment rooms plus one operative theater and recovery room.
Otolaryngology department provide full range service of ENT with all subspecialities.

- Oral cavity, tongue cancers
- Benign neck swellings
Pediatrics otolaryngology service including:
- Choanal atresia and pyriform aperture stenosis.
- Adenotonsillectomy
- Myringotomy
- Cleft palate and palatal tears
- Cochlear implants
