قدم كل من الأستاذ الدكتور محمد عبد الباسط خلاف والدكتور أسامة رمضان عبر هذا الفصل تحليلاً شاملاً لأحدث ما تم التوصل إليه في مجال جراحات وقسطرة العيوب الخلقية لشرايين وأوردة النخاع الشوكي، والتي تعد من الموضوعات المعقده في جراحات النخاع الشوكي، مع شرح مفصل للفسيولوجيا المرضية لهذه الأمراض

In continuation of the successes achieved by Assiut University Hospitals At the scientific and medical level, under the patronage of Professor Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of the University, and Professor Alaa Attia, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals, Professor Mohamed Abdel Basset Khallaf, Head of the Neurosurgery Department and Director of the Neurological, Psychiatric and Neurosurgery Hospital at Assiut University, participated in And Dr. Osama Ramadan, teacher of neurosurgery, in writing a chapter of the book Endovascular and Neurovascular Surgery for Spinal Vascular Malformations, via the platform springer nature global.

In this chapter, Professor Mohammad Abdel Baset Khallaf and Dr. Osama Ramadan presented a comprehensive analysis of the latest findings in the field of surgeries and catheterization of congenital defects of the arteries and veins of the spinal cord, which is one of the complex topics in spinal cord surgeries, with a detailed explanation of the pathophysiology of these diseases. .

نظم قسم جراحة المخ والأعصاب بجامعة أسيوط، اليوم العلمي الثاني لجراحات ومناظير العمود الفقري حول إعوجاج العمود الفقري، وذلك تحت رعاية الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي رئيس الجامعة، والأستاذ الدكتور علاء عطية عميد كلية الطب ورئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفيات الجامعية، والأستاذة الدكتورة أماني عمر وكيل كلية الطب لشئون الدراسات العليا والبحوث، والأستاذ الدكتور محمد عبد الباسط خلاف رئيس قسم جراحة المخ والأعصاب ومدير مستشفى الأمراض العصبية والنفسية وجراحة المخ والأعصاب، وبتنظيم من الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد عبد الله، والأستاذ الدكتور علي أحمد عبد العليم، والأستاذ الدكتور محمود جمال الفقي منسقين اليوم العلمي.

في مستهل كلمته أشاد الأستاذ الدكتور علاء عطيه بجهود قسم جراحة المخ والأعصاب داخل المنظومة التعليمية والطبية بكلية الطب ومستشفياتها، مشيرا إلى أهمية ما يتناوله اليوم العلمي من موضوعات ومشاركة عده أقسام به، مضيفا أن الجمع بين عده تخصصات يأتي ضمن حرص كلية الطب على تطبيق استراتيجية الطب التكاملي الذي يجمع بين التخصصات البينية، وهذا بدوره ينعكس على الارتقاء بالمنظومة الطبية والعلاجية بالمستشفيات الجامعية.

وأشار الأستاذ الدكتور محمد عبد الباسط خلاف إلى أن اليوم العلمي الثاني لجراحات ومناظير العمود الفقري يناقش أحدث التطورات في مجال جراحات العمود الفقري، مضيفا أنه يمثل فرصة لتبادل الخبرات بين مختلف التخصصات من خلال المشاركة المتميزة لقسم التخدير والعناية المركزة والآلام وقسم الطب الطبيعي والروماتيزم والتأهيل وقسم الأشعة، موجها الشكر لإدارة المستشفيات الجامعية على دعمها المتواصل لكافة الأنشطة العلمية التي ينظمها قسم جراحة المخ والأعصاب.

وأوضح الأستاذ الدكتور مصطفى الشرقاوي أن مع ازدياد الأمراض المعقده وتعدد خيارات العلاج أصبح أصبح التعاون بين مختلف التخصصات الطبية ضرورة، وأضاف أن قسم الأشعة يلعب دورا حيويا في تشخيص وعلاج حالات إعوجاج العمود الفقري.

وأكدت الأستاذة الدكتورة زهراء أبو العيون أن قسم الروماتيزم والتأهيل والطب الطبيعي حرص على المشاركة في اليوم العلمي الثاني، لتبادل الخبرات المختلفة حول علاج حالات إعوجاج العمود الفقري، وأضافت أن القسم له دورا حيويا في علاج مثل هذه الحالات.

وأشارت الأستاذة الدكتورة هالة سعد إلى أن قسم التخدير والعناية المركزة وعلاج الألم يشكل محورا

أساسيا عند إجراء مختلف العمليات، من خلال توفير بيئة جراحية آمنه، مضيفة أن القسم حرص على المشاركة باليوم العلمي لمناقشة التحديات التي تواجه التخدير في حالات إعوجاج العمود الفقري.

شهد اليوم العلمي عده محاضرات متنوعة منها، محاضرة حول الطرق المختلفة لعلاج حالات إعوجاج العمود الفقري للدكتور علي عبد العليم، ومحاضرة عن دور الأشعة في حالات إعوجاج العمود الفقري للدكتور حازم أبو زيد، ومحاضرة عن دور العلاج التحفظي في علاج حالات إعوجاج العمود الفقري للدكتورة صفاء مهران، ومحاضرة عن التحديات التي تواجه التخدير في حالات إعوجاج العمود الفقري للدكتور محمد عمر، ومحاضرة عن الطرق الجراحية المختلفة لعلاج حالات إعوجاج العمود الفقري في مرحلة البلوغ حتى سن العشرين للدكتور محمود جمال.

Assiut University's Neurosurgery Department Organizes Second Scientific Day on Spine and Spinal Cord Surgeries, Focusing on Spinal Deformities

The Department of Neurosurgery at Assiut University successfully organized the second scientific day dedicated to spine and spinal cord surgeries, with a special focus on spinal deformities. The event was held under the patronage of Professor Ahmed Al-Minshawi, President of the University, Professor Alaa Attia, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of University Hospitals, Professor Amany Omar, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for Graduate Studies and Research, and Professor Mohamed Abdel Basset Khallaf, Head of the Department of Neurosurgery and Director of the Hospital for Nervous and Mental Diseases and Neurosurgery. The event was organized by Professor Ahmed Abdullah, Professor Ali Ahmed Abdel Aleem, and Professor Mahmoud Jamal El-Feki as coordinators.

In his opening speech, Professor Alaa Attia commended the efforts of the Department of Neurosurgery within the educational and medical system of the Faculty of Medicine and its affiliated hospitals. He highlighted the importance of the topics discussed in the scientific day and the participation of multiple departments, emphasizing the Faculty of Medicine's commitment to implementing an integrated medicine strategy that brings together various specialties. This, in turn, contributes to enhancing the medical and treatment systems in university hospitals.

Professor Mohamed Abdel Basset Khallaf noted that the second scientific day on spine and spinal cord surgeries discusses the latest developments in spinal surgeries. He added that it represents an opportunity to exchange experiences between different specialties through the distinguished participation of the Departments of Anesthesia, Intensive Care, and Pain Management, Physical Medicine, Rheumatology, and Rehabilitation, and Radiology. He expressed his gratitude to the administration of university hospitals for their continuous support for all scientific activities organized by the Department of Neurosurgery.

Professor Mustafa Al-Sharkawi explained that with the increasing complexity of diseases and the multiplicity of treatment options, cooperation between different medical specialties has become a necessity. He added that the Radiology Department plays a vital role in diagnosing and treating spinal deformity cases.

Professor Zahra Abu Al-Ayoun affirmed that the Department of Rheumatology, Rehabilitation, and Physical Medicine was keen to participate in the second scientific day to exchange different experiences on treating spinal deformity cases, adding that the department plays a vital role in treating such cases.

Professor Hala Saad pointed out that the Department of Anesthesia, Intensive Care, and Pain Management forms a fundamental axis in performing various surgeries by providing a safe surgical environment. She added that the department was keen to participate in the scientific day to discuss the challenges facing anesthesia in spinal deformity cases.

The scientific day witnessed several diverse lectures, including a lecture on the different methods of treating spinal deformities by Dr. Ali Abdel Aleem, a lecture on the role of radiology in spinal deformities by Dr. Hazem Abu Zeid, a lecture on the role of conservative treatment in treating spinal deformities by Dr. Safaa Mehran, a lecture on the challenges facing anesthesia in spinal deformity cases by Dr. Mohamed Omar, and a lecture on . the different surgical methods for treating spinal deformities in adolescence up to the age of twenty by Dr. mahmoud gamal

في ضوء حرص مستشفيات جامعة أسيوط على توفير أفضل الخدمات الطبية والعلاجية المُقدمة لجميع المرضى، تحت رعاية الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي رئيس الجامعة، والأستاذ الدكتور علاء عطية عميد كلية كلية ورئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفيات الجامعية، نظم مستشفى الأمراض العصبية والنفسية وجراحة المخ والأعصاب الاجتماع الشهري الأول للجنة حقوق المرضى بحضور الأستاذ الدكتور محمد عبد الباسط خلاف مدير المستشفى، والأستاذ الدكتور علي مهران رئيس لجنة الصحة بمجلس الشيوخ، والأستاذ الدكتور خالد البيه نائب مدير المستشفى للشئون الطبية والعلاجية، والأستاذ الدكتور عبد الحكيم عبد الستار نائب مدير المستشفى للشئون الإدارية والجودة.

في البداية أوضح الأستاذ الدكتور محمد عبد الباسط خلاف أن لجنة حقوق المرضى تأتي انطلاقا من حرص إدارة مستشفى الأمراض العصبية والنفسية وجراحة المخ والأعصاب على خلق ثقافة الرعاية المتمركزة حول المريض، مضيفا أنه تم تشكيل لجنة متعددة التخصصات من المستشفى للإشراف على تنفيذ وضمان استمرارية تقديم الرعاية الطبية والعلاجية الشاملة بأعلى مستوى، وكذلك الوقوف على الاحتياجات المختلفة للمرضى، من خلال استقبال أي شكاوي منهم وتحليلها، للوصول إلى أسبابها واتخاذ القرارات المناسبة.

من جانبه أشاد الأستاذ الدكتور علي مهران بتبني إدارة مستشفى الأمراض العصبية والنفسية وجراحة المخ والأعصاب لفكرة تشكيل لجنة لحقوق المرضى، مؤكدا أن هذه اللجنة تتسق مع توجه الدولة الحالي في تحسين مستوى الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للمرضى من خلال تحديد نقاط القوة والضعف أثناء تقديم الخدمات الصحية المختلفة.

وأشار الأستاذ الدكتور خالد البيه إلى أن لجنة حقوق المرضى تختص بتلقي التظلم من قرارات الدخول والعلاج الإلزامي والأوامر العلاجية، ومراقبة أحوال دخول وحجز وعلاج المرضى والتأكد من تمتعهم بالضمانات والحقوق المنصوص عليها.

وذكر الأستاذ الدكتور عبد الحكيم عبد الستار إلى أن لجنة حقوق المرضى تسعى إلى تحسين النظام الصحي وتحقيق التطابق مع معايير اعتماد المستشفيات وفقا لمعايير هيئة الاعتماد والرقابة الصحية، من خلال الاستماع إلى صوت المريض وشكواه لتحسين الخدمة الطبية بالمستشفيات.

في ضوء حرص مستشفيات جامعة أسيوط على تقديم أفضل الخدمات العلاجية لمرضى صعيد مصر، شهد مستشفى الأمراض العصبية والنفسية وجراحة المخ والأعصاب افتتاح عيادة الدعم النفسي لمرضى الأورام، تحت رعاية الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي رئيس جامعة أسيوط، والدكتور علاء عطية عميد كلية الطب ورئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفيات الجامعية، والدكتور محمد عبد الباسط خلاف مدير مستشفى الأمراض العصبية والنفسية وجراحة المخ والأعصاب، والدكتور خالد البيه رئيس قسم الأمراض العصبية والنفسية ورئيس وحده الطب النفسي.

تساهم عيادة الدعم النفسي لمرضى الأورام، في مساعدتهم على تجاوز هذه المرحلة الحرجة، من خلال إجراء جلسات العلاج النفسي، لتجاوز الآثار النفسية المترتبة على جلسات الكيماوي، وتشخيص المشاكل النفسية المتعلقة به، مثل القلق والاكتئاب، وعلاجها.

جدير بالذكر أن العيادة ستقدم خدماتها للمرضى في الثلاثاء من كل أسبوع.

Opening of a psychological support clinic for oncology patients at the Neuropsychiatric and Neurosurgery Hospital at Assiut University

In light of Assiut University Hospitals’ keenness to provide the best therapeutic services to patients in Upper Egypt, the Neuropsychiatric and Neurosurgery Hospital witnessed the opening of the Psychological Support Clinic for oncology patients, under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, and Dr. Alaa Attia, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals. Dr. Muhammad Abdel Basit Khallaf, Director of the Hospital for Neurological, Psychiatric and Neurosurgery, and Dr.

Khaled Al-Bayeh, Head of the Department of Neurological and Psychiatric Diseases and Head of the Psychiatry Unit.

The Psychological Support Clinic for oncology patients contributes to helping them overcome this critical stage, by conducting psychotherapy sessions, to overcome the psychological effects resulting from chemotherapy sessions, and diagnosing and treating psychological problems related to it, such as anxiety and depression.

It is worth noting that the clinic will provide its services to patients on Tuesday of every week.

وأكد الدكتور خالد البيه أن هذا اللقاء يأتي ضمن سلسلة لقاءات يتم تنظيمها لتطوير هيئة التمريض، وأضاف أن التمريض أثناء عملهم يواجهون العديد من العقبات والتحديات، وهذا التدريب سيساهم في التعرف على كيفية مواجهة مثل هذه التحديات.

شهد اليوم عده محاضرات منها، محاضرة حول مهارات التواصل بين التمريض والمرضى والمرافقين للدكتور خالد البيه رئيس قسم الأمراض العصبية والنفسية ورئيس وحده الطب النفسي ونائب مدير المستشفى للشئون الطبية والعلاجية، ومحاضرة حول مصادر الضغوطات النفسية للمرضى والمرافقين ودور التمريض في التخفيف منها، للدكتورة هوايده خلف عبد العال استشاري مساعد تمريض الباطني والجراحي بإدارة التدريب الفني، ومحاضرة عن معاناة المرافق داخل المستشفى وسبل التخفيف منها، للأستاذة سناء مزيد مدير إدارة التدريب الفني، ومحاضرة عن دور تثقيف التمريض وموظفي الاستقبال بالمستشفى وكيفية استقبال المرضى، للدكتورة هناء رشاد زميل تمريض بإدارة التدريب.

جاء اللقاء من تنظيم الدكتورة هوايده خلف مقرر اليوم، والأستاذة خضرة سيد منسق اليوم، والأستاذة نجوى يونس مدير التمريض.

The Nursing Continuing Education Unit at the Neuropsychiatric and Neurosurgery Hospital, in cooperation with the Department of Technical Training and Nursing Development, is organizing an educational meeting on the role of nursing and its assistants in the health sector in enhancing psychological support for patients and companions from theory to practical application, on Wednesday, July 17, under the auspices of Dr. Ahmed Al-Minshawy, President of the University, Dr. Alaa Attia, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals, and Dr. Mohamed Abdel Basit Khallaf, Director of the Hospital for Neurological, Psychiatric and Neurosurgery, Dr. Khaled Al-Bayeh, Deputy Director of the Hospital for Medical and Therapeutic Affairs, and Dr. Abdel-Hakim Abdel-Sattar, Deputy Director of the Hospital for Administrative and Quality Affairs.

At the beginning, Dr. Muhammad Abdel Basset Khallaf praised the role of the nursing staff at the Hospital for Neurological, Psychiatric and Neurosurgery, explaining that they are one of the basic pillars of the medical system, noting that this meeting comes within the framework of the hospital’s keenness to provide health education to its various employees.

Dr. Khaled Al-Bayeh confirmed that this meeting comes within a series of meetings organized to develop the nursing staff. He added that nurses during their work face many obstacles and challenges, and this training will contribute to learning how to confront such challenges.

The day includes several lectures, including a lecture on communication skills between nurses, patients, and companions, by Dr. Khaled Al-Bayeh, Head of the Department of Neurological and Psychiatric Diseases, Head of the Psychiatry Unit, and Deputy Director of the Hospital for Medical and Therapeutic Affairs, and a lecture on the sources of psychological stress for patients and companions, and the role of nursing in alleviating them, by Dr. Howaida Khalaf Abd. Al-Al, Internal and Surgical Nursing Assistant Consultant at the Technical Training Department, and a lecture on the suffering of facilities inside the hospital and ways to alleviate them, by Ms. Sanaa Mazid, Director of the Technical Training Department,

استمرارا لعمليات التطوير والتجديد التي تشهدها مستشفيات جامعة أسيوط، أعلن مستشفى الأمراض العصبية والنفسية وجراحة المخ والأعصاب عن افتتاح قاعة المؤتمرات الكبرى بالمستشفى غدا، تحت رعاية الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي رئيس الجامعة، والأستاذ الدكتور علاء عطية عميد كلية الطب ورئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفيات الجامعية، والأستاذ الدكتور محمد عبد الباسط خلاف مدير المستشفى.

قاعة المؤتمرات الكبرى بمستشفى الأمراض العصبية والنفسية وجراحة المخ والأعصاب تم إنشائها على الطراز الحديث، ومزودة بأحدث الوسائل التكنولوجية المتقدمة.

ومن المقرر أن تستوعب القاعة أكثر من ٨٠ شخص، ومزودة ب ٣ شاشات تفاعلية على أعلى مستوى، بتكلفة وصلت إلى مليون و٦٠٠ ألف جنيه، كما تم تطوير وتجديد عدد من قاعات التدريس بالمستشفى.

يأتي هذا ضمن خطة مستشفيات جامعة أسيوط في تحديث منظومتها الطبية.

وعلى هامش الافتتاح سيتم تكريم المديرين السابقين للمستشفى تقديرا لما بذلوه من جهود خلال فترة توليهم إدارة المستشفى، حيث سيتم تكريم الأستاذ الدكتور عصام درويش، والأستاذة الدكتورة إيمان خضر، والأستاذ الدكتور علاء درويش.

The large conference hall of the Hospital for Neurological, Psychiatric and Neurosurgery was created in a modern style, equipped with the latest advanced technological means.

وخلال الافتتاح، أشاد الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي بمستوى الخدمات الطبية والعلاجية والتعليمية المقدمة بمستشفى الأمراض العصبية والنفسية وجراحة المخ والأعصاب، مشيرا أن افتتاح هذه القاعة يأتي في إطار الحرص المستمر على توفير بيئة تعليمية متكاملة من خلال مواكبة كل ما هو جديد من وسائل تعليمية متقدمة، لتحقيق أعلى معدلات الاستفاده العلمية للأطباء داخلها.
