Research Abstract

In its capacity as an educational, researching and training establishment, the mission of the university is represented in preparing generations of distinguished scholars and arming them with knowledge and skills which enable them to donate, create and compete, in addition to efficient participation in solving the problems of society and serving it. This paper is researching into the role with which the legal clinic shares in making the university perform its mission. Legal clinic works on providing students with practical skills and experiences which are in accordance with the requirements of labour market. Legal clinic also plays an important role in making the university perform its mission of serving the society through presenting legal and juridical support to poor classes in the society; this is what surrounding the university. This paper is also searching into the impact of developing the legal education style, from a traditional education system into an education system working through the legal clinic, in making the university perform its mission.
