A training course entitled Principles of Providing Legal Advice

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of the University, 
and Mrs. Prof. Dr. Maha Ghanem, Vice President of the University for Environment 
Development and Community Service Sector, and under the supervision of 
Prof. Dr. Shehata Gharib, Supervisor of the Faculty of Law, and 
Mr. Prof. Dr. Muammar Ratib, Vice Dean for Environmental Development and 
Community Service Affairs, and Mr. Prof. Dr. Othman Abd Al-Qader, 
Director of the Center for Legal Studies for Community Service, 
organized a training course entitled Principles of Providing Legal Advice
This came within the framework of interest in developing the capacities of students 
of the Faculty of Law, graduates and those working in law. The course dealt with 
several axes, on top of which were the skills of the legal advisor, the provisions 
of the legal advisory contract, the responsibility of the legal advisor, and how to 
prepare a memorandum of legal advice, during the period from 1 to 2 March 2023.

The session was attended by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Mawgoud, Head of the Department of 
Private International Law, Dr. Ayman Bushra, Secretary of the Bar Association of 
North Assiut, Lawyer in Cassation, Counselor Osama Khalifa, Advisor to the President 
of the University and Deputy in the State Cases Authority.
The Center invites students of the Faculty of Law to pay attention to these courses in 
the light of the support provided by the Center to them as well as graduates to support 
their professional capabilities and to achieve continuous training. The center announces
 important courses in the coming days that deal with the most important legal developments.
