Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of Assiut University and in charge of conducting business at Assiut Al-Ahlia university, paid a visit this morning, Thursday, March 13, to the headquarters of the Al-Ahlia University in the new city of Assiut to follow up on the progress of its work.he was received by Dr. Nobi Mohammed Hassan, vice president of the Al-Ahlia University for Academic Affairs, and Mr. Mustafa Hassan, secretary general of the University.
Dr. El-Minshawy stressed that this visit comes within the framework of keenness to follow up the progress of work at Al-Ahlia University, and make sure to solve any challenges that may face different departments, pointing out that the goal is to reach the highest levels of efficiency and quality in all sectors of the University.
During the visit, Dr. El-Minshawy chaired an extensive meeting with the directors of various departments at Al-Ahlia University, in the presence of: engineer Ghada Mahmoud Ezz El-Din - Director of engineering affairs department, professor Wael Mohammed Mahmoud - Director of needs and procurement department, Dr. Jehan Mohammed Omar-Director of Student Affairs Department, Mr. Ahmed Al-Baroudi-information management, Ms. Randa Hammadi-Central Library Department, Mr. Khalid Abdul Latif-accounts department
During the meeting, Dr. El-Minshawy stressed the importance of daily follow-up of executive tasks, which include completing the furnishing of colleges, equipping laboratories and libraries, and installing air conditioning systems. The meeting also discussed the project of integrating departments into a unified electronic system to create a comprehensive database that contributes to improving the workflow within the University, directing
The need to conduct regular maintenance of facilities and equipment, with full compliance with occupational health and safety standards to maintain facilities and personnel, and ensure a safe and sustainable work environment.
Dr. Noubi Mohamed Hassan pointed out that Dr. El-Minshawy started his visit with an inspection tour inside a number of administrative offices, to check on the regularity of administrative work and ensure its efficiency in various specialties.
The University's Theater Hall, which is equipped with the latest sound, light and decorative systems, is also inspected to be eligible to host official celebrations and various student activities, reflecting the University's commitment to providing an integrated environment to support cultural and artistic activities.
