The Faculty of Commerce at Assiut University honors its workers in recognition of their giving and sincere efforts

In a humanitarian gesture that reflects appreciation and recognition of giving, the Faculty of Commerce at Assiut University organized a seminar to honor its workers under the title: "Workers of the Faculty of Commerce... Partners of success, hands that embrace and deserve recognition", within the activities of The "our country is a secretariat in our hands" initiative, under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of Assiut University, in the framework of supporting the culture of teamwork and promoting the values of belonging and mutual respect within the University.

The seminar was attended by Dr. Mahmoud Abdul Alim, vice president for community service and Environmental Development, Dr. Alaa Abdul Hafeez, dean of the Faculty of Commerce, Dr. Amal Al-Dali, vice dean for community service and Environmental Development, Dr. Mohammed Adawi, vice dean for education and Student Affairs, Dr. Nasmat Hashmat, vice dean for graduate studies and research, and Mr. Abdulqader Mahran, secretary general of the college, along with several faculty members, department managers and college staff.

  Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy praised the initiative, describing it as a noble initiative that embodies the spirit of appreciation and gratitude to those who make a real effort in silence and contribute to consolidating the values of belonging and teamwork within the University. He stressed that these humanitarian gestures reflect the University's orientation towards promoting a positive working environment dominated by respect and integration among all its members.

For his side, Dr. Mahmoud Abdulalim explained that this event embodies the University's belief in the importance of mutual appreciation in creating a positive work environment based on cooperation and respect, which contributes to the development of institutional performance and the achievement of administrative excellence.

Dr. Alaa Abdul Hafeez stressed that this honor is a message of gratitude to everyone who works sincerely within the college and that the college administration always appreciates the workers' daily efforts.

Dr. Mohamed Adawi pointed out that workers are a mainstay of the stability of the institutional performance at the college, and their role is no less important than any other element within the university system.

At the end of the event, Dr. Amal Al-Dali expressed her thanks and gratitude to all the staff, stressing that this initiative represents the real beginning of a path of continuous appreciation and constructive communication between the college administration and its various cadres
