A delegation from the German University of Magdeburg arrived in a visit to the Faculty of Physical Education, Assiut University. The visit will continue to March 20th, 2014. Dr Gamal Mohammed Ali, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education indicated that this visit is a start of the activities and cooperation between the two universities as per an agreement between the two Physical Education Faculties in both Universities to hold joint educational and academic cooperation including scientific conferences and exchange visits for both faculty members and students. This delegation includes ten graduate students from the German University. The visitors will attend various physical activities and workshops on Scouting, Boxing, Epee, and Squash. Besides, guests will participate in Sport and Cultural Camps. In Coordination with the German Cultural Centre, the guests will be invited to attend lectures on Islamic History and its tolerant principles.
