Assiut National University participates in the training program of the National Anti-Corruption Academy For university youth cadres

  Assiut Al-Ahliya University, under the supervision of Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of Assiut University and Commissioner for conducting the work of Assiut Al-ahliya University, participated in the activities of the training program on "anti-corruption and governance" for university youth cadres, organized by the Administrative Control Authority, at the National Anti-Corruption Academy in Cairo, from January 26 to 28, 2025.

  Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy praised the targeted training program organized by the National Anti-Corruption Academy, with the participation of university students, to spread awareness of concepts related to governance and anti-corruption, spread the values of integrity and transparency in society, to achieve development and implement the national strategy aimed at combating corruption (2023-2030) and addressing all forms of corruption, stressing the University's keenness to educate young people on the basic principles of integrity, honesty, and honor.

  The participation of Assiut National University in the activities of the training program came under the supervision of Dr. Nobi Mohammed Hassan, vice president of Assiut National University for Academic Affairs, and with the participation of student Abdullah Taya Hussein, a student at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences. Representatives from the Administrative Control Authority, the National Academy for Anti-corruption, the Nasser Military Academy, the Information Technologies Industry Development Authority, and the General Authority for Government Services attended during the program.

The training program dealt with the causes and effects of corruption, Egypt's Vision 2030, management and business ethics, corruption and national security, the Egyptian state's information system, governance and anti-corruption, and the legislative and institutional framework to combat corruption in Egypt.

For his part, Dr. Noubi Mohamed Hassan praised the vital role provided by the National Anti-Corruption Academy through training government cadres and youth on anti-corruption systems in particular, and management, governance, and administrative development systems in general, pointing out that this training is a free grant for students provided by the National Anti-Student Academy for a total of about 14 hours.
