Assiut University President Allocates the Lobby of the Major Conference Hall for Exhibiting Colleges' Products and Students' Activities

In the opening speech of the proceeding of the first conference of the development of technical education in Upper Egypt, Prof. Ahmed A. Gaeis, Assiut University President, assured that the true future for Egypt in the coming years begins by the interest in Education, in general, and in technical education, in particular. He added that Egyptian work power, throughout history, is the best, and it is because the interest in technical education has weakened, the growth of unemployment increased. Under the auspices of Eng. Yasser El-Desouki, Governor of Assiut, and the attendance of a large number of participants, the conference entitled "Learn a Craft" was organized by the Unit for Integrated Technology Transfer, Assiut University. The number of participants ranged around 500 from officials from the ministry of education, technical education sector, and students and graduate students.
