Today Assiut University held a seminar entitled "Rehabilitation Programs for People with Special Needs" organized by the Center for Studies, Research and Development of the South Valley in cooperation with the Women's Association of Assiut University for Development .
During the seminar, Dr. Anita Leonard, dean of the Faculty of Psychological Education at the University of Munich, Germany, reviewed some of the conditions and scientific certificates that Germany requires to be available to those wishing to practice teaching, especially for those with special needs, the hearing impaired and the deaf. She also discussed the facilities offered to scholars as well as the cooperation of Munich University with other universities in different countries of the world such as Japan, Ethiopia, Slovakia and others.
