Assiut University President, Prof. Tarek El Gammal attended the opening proceedings of the conference: "Surgeons of Upper Egypt" organized by the Department of General Surgery, in collaboration with peer departments at the Universities of Al-Azhar, Minia, Sohag, Qena, Aswan, and the Oncology Institute.
