Under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of Assiut University, and under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Abdulmoula, vice president for education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Umniah Mohammed Ibrahim, director of the Center for students with disabilities, the university continues to provide bright examples of its students of determination, who have written inspiring success stories in the fields of science, sports and self-development.

The student Dina Noyer Shazly El-Sayed, enrolled in the first division at the Faculty of law, is one of the most prominent of these champions, as her mobility disability did not prevent her from confidently starting towards excellence and brilliance, so she achieved a series of honorable achievements, the most prominent of which were: the gold medal and first place in Table Tennis at the Paralympic meeting in Alexandria in 2022, two gold medals at the martyr Rifai championship in 2025, one in Table Tennis, the other in the javelin competition within athletics, and the bronze medal in the the second place at the level of the republic in the competition "Golden talents" within the coral team of the Center for the care of students with disabilities.

Dina's excellence was not limited to the sports field only, but she also participated in many student activities organized by the center, such as: touring, choir, and recreational and sports activities. She also received a number of training courses in various fields, including: English language, Photoshop, digital transformation, graphic design, and life skills.

Dina stressed that what the Center for students with disabilities provided to her had a great impact on refining her personality and developing her abilities, adding: "the center helped me develop myself, and the support I received was a big reason that I am overcoming many difficult moments in my life."
The story of Dina Noir embodies an inspiring example of willpower and defiance, and confirms Assiut University's keenness, under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, to provide an inclusive educational environment that enhances the abilities of students with disabilities, and pushes them towards excellence and leadership.
