President of Assiut University: The journal tops the center (17) Arabs out of a total of (1201) journals in the impact factor and reference citations of Arab scientific journals (ARCIF - ARCIF) for the year 2024
The Faculty of Early Childhood Education at Assiut University announced that the magazine "Studies in Childhood and Education" obtained the rank (17) Arabic; in the impact laboratories, and reference citations, for Arab scientific journals (ARCIF); under the supervision of prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University; and under the supervision of: Dr. Jamal Badr, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs, Dr. Yara Ibrahim, Dean of the faculty of Early Childhood Education, and Dr. Manal Anwar Sayed, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Graduate Affairs and Research; within the report of the impact factor, and reference citations, for Arab scientific journals (ARCIF - ARCIF); the ninth annual of journals, for the year 2024 AD, and the magazine itself; ranked seventh in the specialty of educational sciences; to come in the category (Q2).
Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy thanked all the magazine, researchers, and faculty members, pointing out the importance of continuing the process of scientific and research progress witnessed by the university, increasing the distinguished scientific presence of the university in prestigious academic circles, encouraging scientific publishing, and raising the quality of scientific outputs for the graduate system and scientific research.
Dr. Jamal Badr explained that the magazine of the Faculty of Early Childhood Education succeeded in achieving the criteria for the adoption of ARCEF laboratories, which are compatible with international standards, which number about (32) standards; thus obtaining the rank (17) Arab standards, from the total total number of (1201) journals, and with an impact factor of (1.791). It also ranked (7) in the specialty of educational sciences, out of a total of (127) Arab journals, with an impact factor of (0.649); to be classified; within the category (Q2), expressing his pride and full appreciation; for all the efforts made within the Faculty of Early Childhood Education; to improve the published scientific content, and keep pace with the latest international research and educational methods; in various educational disciplines.
Dr. Yara Ibrahim, Dean of the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, pointed out that Arsif Laboratories is one of the initiatives of the (Know) database of production and scientific content, which is subject to the supervision of the Supervisory and Coordination Council, consisting of representatives of several Arab and international entities, including: the UNESCO Regional Office for Education in the Arab States in Beirut, the United Nations Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA), the BA, a knowledge database, in addition to a scientific committee; experts and academics with a leading scientific reputation, from several Arab countries, and Britain.
