One of the activities involving the participation of the Dean of the Institute of Molecular Biology Research and Studies in the monthly meeting of the Basic Sciences Sector Committee, which was hosted at the Zewail City of Science and Technology, one of the most important scientific and research institutions in the Arab Republic of Egypt, at the kind invitation of Professor Dr. Ibrahim El-Sherbiny, President of Zewail City of Science and Technology.

على تقييم (٧/٧) وهو أعلى تقييم للمجلات المصرية من المجلس الأعلى للجامعات وذلك بعد مرور ٣ سنوات فقط من تاريخ انشائها في يوليو ٢٠٢٣
وبهذه المناسبة السعيدة، يتوجه الاستاذ الدكتور/عمرو عبد الفتاح عميد المعهد ورئيس تحرير المجلة بخالص الشكر والتقدير لمعالي الاستاذ الدكتور/أحمد المنشاوي رئيس الجامعة والسيد الاستاذ الدكتور/جمال بدر نائب رئيس الجامعة للدراسات العليا والبحوث على الدعم المستمر للمعهد وانشطته البحثية مما انعكس على تقدير المجلة العلمية الخاصه بالمعهد.

Dr. Ahmed El-Manshawi, President of Assiut University, conducted an inspection tour on Tuesday morning, June 16, to follow up on the second semester exams for the 2025/2026 academic year for postgraduate students (Master's and PhD) at the Institute of Molecular Biology Research and Studies. This came as part of the routine follow-up on the progress of exams and to ensure their proper conduct according to the established rules.
During the tour, the university president was accompanied by Dr. Amr Abdel Fattah, Dean of the Institute of Molecular Biology Research and Studies, and Dr. Alaa El-Din Hamed, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, along with a number of faculty members and exam supervisors.
During his tour, Dr. Ahmed El-Manshawi monitored the exam proceedings inside the examination halls, praising the good organization and preparation he witnessed at the institute, as well as the suitable atmosphere provided for taking the exams. He also spoke with several students to check on the progress of the exams, emphasizing the university's commitment to supporting the postgraduate system and providing an appropriate environment for researchers, which contributes to preparing scientific and research cadres capable of keeping up with rapid developments in scientific research fields.
The university president emphasized that the Institute of Molecular Biology Research and Studies is one of the distinguished research institutions at Assiut University, due to the specialized programs it offers that help in training researchers and developing their scientific and research skills according to the latest academic standards. He also highlighted its role in supporting research outputs and linking them to the needs of society and the labor market. Dr. Al-Manshawi added that the institute helps enhance the integration between scientific research and practical application by employing modern technologies in medical, animal, agricultural, industrial, and environmental fields, supporting sustainable development efforts and contributing to finding innovative scientific solutions to societal challenges, stressing the university’s continued support for the institute to strengthen its scientific and research mission. Dr. Amr Abdel Fattah, Dean of the Institute of Molecular Biology Research and Studies, explained that the second semester exams of the 2025/2026 academic year for graduate students (master’s and PhD) are being held at the institute, with a total of 42 students, including 6 PhD students and 36 master’s students. He noted that the exams are running smoothly and that suitable conditions have been provided inside the exam rooms.
