(How to overcome negative psychology in the health care organization and the role of nursing managers and workers)
The global health care sector continues to rise to the level of new challenges in order to bring about change and a successful in health care, so we had to place it as a focus for our third international conference for the Department of Nursing Administration - Suez Canal University in cooperation with the Department of Nursing Administration - Assiut University, where the Faculty of Nursing at Suez Canal University is hosting this conference. Prof. Samah Mohamed Abdullah, Dean of the Faculty, also stated that this third conference in its edition brings together Assiut University and Suez Canal University, and that this conference is considered a continuation of the series of conferences and scientific research and everything new in the field of nursing to consolidate relations, exchange scientific expertise, and encourage community participation between the two universities.
