• Must belong to the Specialized Job Group.
• Must hold a higher degree relevant to the nature and type of work.
• Must hold at least First Level (B) functional grade (First Level B / Category 1B).

• Drop & Add Period: First semester course drop and add period runs from Sunday, September 27 to Sunday, October 4, 2026.
• Course Withdrawal with Refund: Course withdrawal with tuition refund is available from Monday, October 5 to Monday, October 12, 2026.
• Course Withdrawal without Refund: Course withdrawal without tuition refund runs from Tuesday, October 13 until Monday, October 19, 2026. Students who withdraw after this date will be considered failing (F).

After reviewing the 12 appeals submitted by students regarding the coursework and practical examination for Pharmacognosy (2), and rechecking the examination papers to verify the corrected questions and the accuracy of the total marks,

it was found that none of the students was entitled to any additional marks.

Invitation

The Department of Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry announces the third scientific seminar for the M.Sc. thesis submitted by Pharmacist/ Merette Nashaat Mina Hanna (external candidate registered in the department) to obtain the Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry).

Thesis Title:

Design, Synthesis, Biological Evaluation, and Molecular Docking Studies of New Thiadiazole-Chalcone Hybrids Linked via an Acetamide Linker as Dual Inhibitors of EGFR and VEGFR-2 Tyrosine Kinases (Part B).

Date & Venue:

The seminar will be held on Thursday, September 17, at 10:00 AM in the Department Auditorium.
