The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology announces that applications are still open for the third edition of the African Youth AI and Robotics Competition (AYAIR 2026), which will be hosted by the Arab Republic of Egypt on October 12 and 13, 2026, under the patronage of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

The competition targets young people aged 15–35, encouraging them to present innovative solutions in the fields of artificial intelligence and robotics that contribute to addressing development challenges in the African continent.

👈An online introductory seminar will be held on June 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM Cairo time to introduce the competition and answer participants' questions.
