ملخص:

تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في قياس مدي فعالية برامج منظمات المجتمع المدني في تحسين نوعية حياة الاسر الغارمة , وتحددت اهداف الدراسة في تحديد مدى فعالية برامج منظمات المجتمع المدني في تحسين نوعية حياة الاسر الغارمة اقتصاديا واجتماعيا وصحيا وتعليميا , تحديد أهم المعوقات التي تحول دون استفادة الاسر الغارمة من برامج منظمات المجتمع المدني التي تقدمها لتحسين نوعية حياتهم , والتوصل إلى مقترحات لزيادة فعالية البرامج التي تقدمها منظمات المجتمع المدني في تحسين نوعية حياة الاسر الغارمة.

وتعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات التقويمية  والتي اعتمدت علي منهج دراسة الحالة  لجمعية مصر الخير بمحافظة اسيوط , وتم تطبيق استمارة قياس لفعالية برامج منظمات المجتمع المدني لتحسين نوعية حياة الاسر الغارمة على عينة عمدية من المستفيدين الغارمين من جمعية مصر الخير المعنية برعاية الغارمين وبلغ عدد هذه العينة 379 مفردة من المستفيدين في الفترة من 2010 وحتي 2016

اهم نتائج الدراسة :

• اوضحت نتائج  الدراسة ان درجة فعالية برامج منظمات المجتمع المدني في تحسين نوعية حياة الاسر الغارمة  كما يحددها المستفيدين بجمعية مصر الخير متوسطة
• اوضحت نتائج  الدراسة ان درجة فعالية برامج منظمات المجتمع المدني في تحسين نوعية الحياة الموضوعية للاسرالغارمة كما يحددها المستفيدين بجمعية مصر الخير لتحسين نوعية الحياة الاقتصادية للاسر الغارمة كما يحددها المستفيدين بجمعية مصر الخير جاءت مرتفعة, وتحسين نوعية الحياة الاجتماعية  والصحية و التعليمية  للاسر الغارمة كما يحددها المستفيدين بجمعية مصر الخير جاءت متوسطة.
• اوضحت نتائج  الدراسة ان درجة فعالية برامج منظمات المجتمع المدني في تحسين نوعية الحياة الذاتية للاسرالغارمة كما يحددها المستفيدين بجمعية مصر الخير لتحسين الرضا عن الحياة والتماسك الاسري جاءت كما يحددها المستفيدين بجمعية مصر الخير بمستوي متوسط.

Summary

The problem of the study is to measure the effectiveness of civil society organizations 'programs in improving the quality of life of bereaved families, and the objectives of the study were defined in determining the extent of effectiveness of civil society organizations' programs in improving the quality of life of families in debt economically, socially, healthily and educationally, identifying the most important obstacles that prevent families from benefiting from Programs provided by civil society organizations to improve the quality of their lives, and to reach proposals to increase the effectiveness of programs provided by civil society organizations in improving the quality of life of families who suffer.

This study is considered one of the evaluation studies, which was based on the case study methodology of the Misr El-Kheir Association in Assiut Governorate, and a measurement form for the effectiveness of civil society organizations' programs was applied to improve the quality of life of the aggrieved families on a deliberate sample of the lavish beneficiaries of the Misr El-Kheir Association concerned with caring for the debtors. The number of this sample was 379. One of the beneficiaries from 2010 to 2016

The most important results of the study:

- The results of the study showed that the degree of effectiveness of civil society organizations' programs in improving the quality of life of the battered families as determined by the beneficiaries of the Misr El-Kheir Association is medium

- The results of the study showed that the degree of effectiveness of civil society organizations' programs in improving the quality of the objective life of bad families as determined by the beneficiaries of the Misr El-Kheir Association to improve the economic quality of the financially families as determined by the beneficiaries of the Misr El-Kheir Association was high, and the quality of social, health and educational life for the robbed families was improved as determined by the beneficiaries. Misr El-Kheir Association came medium.

- The results of the study showed that the degree of effectiveness of civil society organizations' programs in improving the quality of the self-life of bad families as determined by the beneficiaries of the Misr El-Kheir Association to improve life satisfaction and family cohesion came as determined by the beneficiaries of the Misr El-Kheir Association at a medium level.
