Registration fee covers full board accommodation at the 5-star Jolie Ville Resort & SPA kings Island in Luxor, for three nights (15,16 &17 February), conference proceedings, coffee breaks, entry to commercial exhibits as well as excursions, social events and transfers to and from Luxor airport.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be received in writing via email to sugar@aun.edu.eg on or before November 30, 2024 in order to be refunded. All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of $100. Substitutions are allowed. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 30 November 2024.
NOTE: Upon receipt of registration form and FULL payment the Faculty of Sugar and Integrated Industries Technology will issue a letter confirming participation at the conference and reservation at the hotel. Attendance will only be permitted upon receipt of full payment.
