The study aimed to follow up possible changes in blood serum and C.S.F. in cases of uraemic and splenectomized rams. C.S.F. was extremely differed in the two groups with regard to pH, urea nitrogen and non-protein nitrogen. Similar phenomena was detected in respective blood serum.
