Due to the unstability conditions in the country, Assiut university decided that cars will not be allowed to enter the campus unless they have stickers on them. The circular red sticker is used for faculty members, while  the circular blue sticker is uded for employees.

The faculty staff club will start its Quran school for the children of the faculty staff. For registeration, please go to the secretary of the club. Registeration fees is 30 L.E.

The faculty of engineering decided not to set any exam Invigilation for imprisoned students as the the ministry of interior affairs did not send the list of their names.

The faculty of engineering took some procedures to reduce the consumption of energy by asking the employees to turn off all the unused lights in the administration building.

The Japanese Government is offering acholarships for egyptian students to complete their university studies. The application form is available on the Japanese embassy website. The due date for this scholarship: 22 MAY 2014.

Faculty and leadership development center in assiut university will hold training courses  for the faculty staff during June 2014. Priority on reservation due to the limited number of trainees (20).Trainees who attend 6  programs or more will not be nominated.If any member wants to cancel his course he must inform the center before the begining of the course by 72 hours at least.
