A scientific Study About The Effect of Atmosphereric Conditions on the Efficiency of Solar Cells all over Egypt.

A research team from the faculty of engineering under the supervision of professor Ahmed Hamza husseiny, mechanical engineering department, did a research about the effect of temperature on photovolt units scientifically and theoretically. These photovolt units are electronic solar cells that convert light energy to electric energy that can be usable.The research team Has tested the effects of atmosphereic conditions on the efficiency of solar cells in assiut because of its high temperature.

Re-sit Exams for postgradute Students

The re-sit exams for postgradute students will be held on Sunday  31-8-2014. Students must go to the for Graduate Studies & Research office to get his timetable.

A Student From The Faculty of Engineering Wins First Place in 16th Arab Council for Training Students of Arab Universities (ACTSAU)

The dean of the faculty professor/ Muhammad Abo El-Kasem and the whole faculty stuff would like to congratulate Muhammad Adel Abd El-Hamid, student at the faculty of engineering,for being awarded the first place in the 16th Arab Council for Training Students of Arab Universities (ACTSAU) which was held at Tanta University during(7-11)September 2014. The winning paper was under the supervision of professor/ Osama Sayed Muhammad, the vice dean for graduate studies and research.

Three Scholarships from Czech Republic

The Czech republic is offering three scholarships for the academic year 2014-2015 to obtain master and PhD degrees. The Cultural Affairs and Mission Sector will not pay any fees for these scholarships. The deadline to apply is 30-9-2014.
