🏆 Launch of the Student Futsal Tournament

As part of the Faculty of Computers and Information’s commitment to supporting sports activities and encouraging active student participation in various events, the Sports Committee—under the Student Welfare Department—has announced the launch of the student futsal tournament. The event will take place from October 12 to 15, 2026, at the Faculty of Nursing sports courts.

The tournament features spirited competition among 24 student teams, fostering an atmosphere of sportsmanship and fair play. It aims to cultivate a spirit of cooperation and teamwork while discovering athletic talent among the students.

The Faculty administration wishes all participating teams the best of luck and success, hoping for outstanding athletic performances that reflect the positive competitive spirit of the student body.

As part of efforts to foster national awareness and cultivate the literary and creative talents of students, the Cultural Committee at the Student Welfare Department announces the launch of the "October: In Love with Egypt" literary competition for all college students.

This competition reflects the importance of literature in expressing love for the homeland, commemorating the glorious heroism of the October War, nurturing a spirit of belonging and loyalty among youth, and providing students with a platform to showcase their creativity and literary talents.

📢 We invite all students with literary talent to participate actively, showcase their creativity, and contribute to expressing our love for Egypt and our pride in its history and the heroism of its people.

As part of the Faculty of Computers and Information's commitment to fostering student talent and honing creative and cultural skills, the Cultural Committee (Student Welfare Department) announces a workshop to train students in writing skills across various literary and artistic fields. The workshop will take place from October 18 to October 22, 2026.

📚 Workshop Fields:
🔹 Classical Arabic Poetry (Fusha).
🔹 Colloquial Arabic Poetry (Ammiya).
🔹 Playwriting.
🔹 Arabic Calligraphy.
🔹 Essay Writing.
